Harbourfront Wealth Management in Vancouver, BC (with eligible locations in Winnipeg, MB or Burlington, ON) is seeking a full time Account Processing Associate to join our Operations Team. You will accurately process account opening and transfer documentation in a timely manner while delivering high-quality client service.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, you will monitor MAKO and DocuSign dashboards, upload documentation to NBIN, perform QA on NBIN data, and help resolve any
