This role, reporting to the HR Manager, involves advising leaders on HR best practices and trends while collaborating with a Senior HR Business Partner. You will play a vital role in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Additionally, your expertise will support continuous improvement and strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on HR best practices and legislation
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and insights
- Facilitate training sessions for employees and managers
- Collaborate on performance evaluations and salary reviews
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

- University degree in HR or Industrial Relations
- 1-3 years in a similar HR Consultant role
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset
