Commercial Properties Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance team at our Saint John head office. You will manage the full AP cycle, maintain accurate vendor records, and support month-end close with solid internal controls.

You will collaborate with property management and leasing teams, respond to vendor inquiries, and contribute to AP automation and process improvements while upholding audit-ready records.
