This role can be located anywhere in Canada, and the individual will own the following

responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O; Managed Services engagements, with an approximately 75% support and 25% project-based focus
* Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
* Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite
* Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations
* Troubleshooting issues and reproducing the issues in a separate development environment
* Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support
* Apply Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solutions in a timely and effective manner How do we define success for your role?

* Minimum 3-5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O; managed services consulting and support experience, with strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area
* Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of D365 F&O; or an another ERP product, such as Finance, Sales or Talent/Human Resources, is preferred
* Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset but not required
* Dynamics 365 F&O; /AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process
* Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
* Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
* Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Finance concepts and general module functionality.
* Knowledge of ITIL principles or working in Operational environment.
