As West Coast Floral's Head Grower, you'll play a key leadership role in our commercial ornamental greenhouse. You'll utilize your extensive growing expertise to ensure top-quality, market-ready crops while mentoring and coaching Grower Assistants. This hands-on position demands attention to crop health, nutrition, and environmental management to maintain compliance with the CFIA's Greenhouse Certification Program.
