Yonge Street Mission (YSM) is a faith-based nonprofit in Toronto seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the P&C; department and advance its mission. You will drive HR strategy, policy development, talent management, and staff wellbeing while upholding Christian ethos and organizational values.
The role reports to the Chief of Staff and oversees recruitment, total rewards, performance management, training, safety, and organizational development in a collaborative, high-impact setting.
