Township of Esquimalt seeks a Director of Development Services to lead the Development Services department and shape the community’s growth. The role focuses on planning, housing, land use and environmental initiatives with a strategic, cooperative approach.
The ideal candidate will bring senior municipal leadership experience, political acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to advise Council and partner with residents, developers, Indigenous communities and external organizations.
