Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Halifax branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations.

A Day in the Life
- Manage a high volume of service files and documentation
- Support Accounts Receivable activities
- Maintain accurate customer and service information
- Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Post-secondary education in administration or business
