Enviros is seeking a Youth and Family Support Practitioner for the Journeys program. This live-in role supports youth aged 12 to 17 in a six-bed program, with a schedule of Friday to Monday, 11pm–7am.
The practitioner will ensure safety, provide meals, build trust, and collaborate with families and professionals. Responsibilities include case management, documentation, and adherence to trauma-informed, culturally aware practices.
