Unit8 is expanding in North America and seeks a senior Head of Legal to own Canada/US contracting and governance. Based in Montréal, you will partner with sales, delivery and finance, closing deals, shaping templates, and guiding external counsel across regions. You will lead a small international legal team and drive an AI-enabled contract review process. You should bring 7–10 years in commercial/corporate law, be fully bilingual in French and English, and thrive operating autonomously with
