This position is currently an active vacancy Shift Time Afternoon shift – 2:00PM – 10:30PM What we have to offer
• $25.71 /hour to start
- $26.71 /hour after probation (3 months)
• Shift premium of $1.00 /hour
• Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement
• $1000 referral bonus for each successful referral
• Full benefits (health, dental and vision) after probation (3 months)
• Pension plan after probation (3 months) Main Duties:
• Debone – remove aitch, femur and shank bones
• Trimming
- Open muscles to expose Star fat for removal and trim off Popliteal glands
• Ability to lift up to 15kgs

Requirements:
• Positive communication skills,



both written and spoken English skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must have experience in using knives
• Should display a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to follow and execute instructions given by mangers/supervisors
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene processes and reporting
