Reporting to the DOC/DHW, you will assess residents and develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring gerontology experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a team-oriented workplace.
