Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for customer requirements
- Act as the main contact for both customers and drivers
- Guarantee compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations
- Optimize routes using extensive geographical knowledge
- Maintain accurate load paperwork and records
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of dispatch experience, tanker preferred
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Western Canadian and US geography
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively
