Responsibilities also include influencing product and CRM priorities, tracking commercial performance, and adapting strategies based on player insights.





The ideal candidate for the Head of Growth position at the company will have 5-8+ years' experience in the sportsbook or iGaming industry, with a solid preference for those with a background in a crypto or offshore sportsbook. Key skills include the ability to build and execute acquisition strategies, evaluate product localization, and partner with CRM and marketing teams to enhance customer retention. The role requires a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive market growth. Existing relationships with local partners and relevant language skills are particularly valuable. The Head of Growth will be a strategic builder, capable of setting a clear direction and ensuring the successful execution of plans to achieve tangible results in the local market.
