Key Responsibilities:

- Build respectful relationships with Core Members
- Assist in developing Individual Support Plans
- Observe and report health changes
- Support daily living activities and personal care
- Help Core Members access community resources

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Police Information Check, including Vulnerable Sector
- Experience in community support or related fields preferred
- Valid driver's license and driving experience preferred
- Capacity to work evening and weekend shifts
