RESPONSIBILITIES
TASKS
- Administer medications
- Apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing
- Conduct specimen collection
- Ensure infection control
- Monitor nutritional intake
- Take vital signs
- Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
- Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients basedon patient assessment and care planning procedures
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventionsand consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
CREDENTIALS

- Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
- First Aid Certificate
