About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to craft world-class digital experiences for our clients.

You will own the design process from wireframing to final polish, ensuring every interface is intuitive, beautiful, and accessible.##

What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications.
* Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
* Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
* Maintain and evolve our internal and client design systems.## What we're looking for
* 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design,



preferably in an agency setting.
* An exceptional portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile app design.
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, components).
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
* Ability to articulate design decisions to clients and internal teams.## Nice to have
* Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, After Effects).
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend constraints.
* Experience working with headless CMS content modeling from a design perspective.##
