Richelieu seeks a bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across Western Canada from our Saint-Laurent head office. You will act as an HR generalist and strategic advisor, delivering practical HR solutions while aligning with Richelieu’s culture and priorities.

You will collaborate with leaders, manage employee relations, performance, and talent planning, and contribute to HR projects. Occasional travel between Manitoba and British Columbia is required.
