Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Support Functions Management Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial performance monitoring of the Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics (Inventories), and Building Management functions. Their mission is to compile and analyze results, develop financial forecasts, and provide strategic analyses to ensure budget compliance and promote optimal strategic decision‑making.

Your challenges:

- In collaboration with business partners; establish, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts;
- Perform month‑end tasks: variance analysis, adjustments, provisions, and cost allocations;
- Monitor support operations, identify trends to anticipate financial risks and opportunities.
- Analyze performance gaps and propose corrective actions;
- Participate in defining strategies to achieve profitability targets;

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. A professional designation (CPA) is a major asset.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in management control and/or financial analysis, ideally in an aeronautical or manufacturing workplace.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.);




- Mastery of the MS Office Suite, with an advanced level of Excel;
- Analytical capacity, rigor, sense of planning and problem‑solving;
- Bilingualism French-English, both oral and written, is required to interact with internal teams and partners.
