Lexus of Oakville is seeking an accomplished, customer-focused Pre-Owned Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. We are looking for a motivated automotive qualified with a proven track record in used vehicle sales, inventory management, team development, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage vehicle acquisitions, appraisals, pricing, and inventory merchandising.
- Maximize inventory turnover while maintaining strong gross profit performance.




- Develop effective online merchandising and lead-conversion strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and premium customer experience.
- Effectively assist in desking deals
- Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service departments.
- Monitor market trends, inventory performance, and key performance indicators.
