Reporting to the Director, Agency Imports, this leadership role requires extensive project management and collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing. You will lead the onboarding of new agency partners while enhancing operational efficiencies to ensure alignment and improve team performance throughout the integration process.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete integration of new agency partners • Develop comprehensive project plans with explicit milestones • Coordinate efforts across multiple departments • Facilitate working sessions to address integration challenges • Track and report on progress to leadership

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • PMP certification or equivalent • At least 10 years in project management roles • Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG preferred • Effective stakeholder engagement at all levels
