• Oversee day-to-day and week-to-week production progress, maintaining visibility into the timely and effective completion of the film.
• Help ensure milestones and quotas are met, and provide schedule course-corrections and workflow optimizations as project needs evolve.
• Establish and maintain departmental best practices and consistency across the show and across locations.
• Partner closely with the Associate Producer, Producer, and VFX Supervisor to track film complexity, assess production needs, and support changing priorities.
