Jobber seeks a Director, Sales Enablement to lead Enablement Programs within the Sales Enablement & Operations team. You will manage a team of five to six, ensuring every seller is ready to win from day one and through every launch, tracking ramp speed, certification and revenue impact. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align enablement with business needs, and bring AI-driven content and coaching to the workflow.
