As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations. You will manage client-facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements, and ensure the team meets revenue-impacting integration deadlines.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Requirements

- A relevant Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 4–8 engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features.
- Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners.
