Head of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing

for a full time, permanent hybrid role. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will build the procurement function from the ground up. Occasional in-office work is expected in Toronto or Vancouver; exceptional candidates elsewhere may also be considered. Responsibilities

Develop procurement strategy, policies, processes, and purchasing guidelines. Consolidate and analyze company-wide spend, identify savings opportunities, and prioritize sourcing activity. Lead competitive sourcing processes, including RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution. Establish procurement governance and improve supplier and contract management. Partner with the COO, Finance, technology leaders,



and operational teams; track outcomes and validate savings with Finance. Support procurement integration as the company grows through acquisitions. Qualifications

Experience developing procurement strategies, analyzing spend, identifying savings, and leading sourcing initiatives end to end. Supplier negotiation, proposal evaluation, and contract management skills. Ability to work with executive leaders and operational stakeholders and build practical processes. Experience in technology, facilities, medical supplies, or professional services is valuable; healthcare experience is an asset. Compensation

Salary range:

$150,000–$160,000 per year , plus short- and long-term incentives, with the opportunity to earn up to 40% in combined bonuses.
