The HR Business Partner II serves as the primary HR resource for business units within IKO’s Calgary plant. Your responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will also mentor junior HR staff, ensuring the accurate delivery of HR services aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR support for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Advise on employee relations and performance management
• Collaborate with plant leadership for workforce planning

Requirements:
• 3+ years of HR experience in a related role
• HRIS systems knowledge and HR program administration
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business
• CHRP/SHRM designation preferred
