At ICE Western, we are seeking an experienced Lead Hand Electrician to enhance our Electrical team. This position involves hands-on guidance to electricians and apprentices, ensuring compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, quality installations, and promoting teamwork within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair electrical circuits and wiring systems • Provide guidance to electricians and production staff • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs • Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code • Document installation and quality control records
Requirements: • Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification • Minimum 5 years electrical experience in Alberta • Previous lead hand experience preferred • Solid understanding of electrical schematics • Ability to mentor and collaborate in a team
