As Hotel Manager, you will collaborate with the Columbia Icefield General Manager while leading the hotel staff. This role emphasizes front office operations, housekeeping management, and development of strategic plans. Your contribution will ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational improvements for the lodge and associated services.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and train the front desk and guest services teams
• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest satisfaction

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ management experience in hospitality
• Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Hospitality Management
