What You'll Earn

OTE of $115,000+

Uncapped commissions, paid every two weeks

Guaranteed base salary of $40,000

What You'll Do

Prospect, develop, and grow business relationships throughout your territory.

Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person and virtually.

Identify customer needs and recommend customized digital marketing solutions.

Present advertising and lead generation strategies across search, social media,



websites, reputation management, and AI-enabled services.

Manage and expand a portfolio of new and existing clients.

Build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of B2B, outside sales, or business development experience.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Reside within the Greater Montreal or Quebec city area

Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, SaaS, or related industries is considered an asset.

This position involves DAILY interactions with clients or internal and/or external professionals at the national level. Therefore, BILINGUALISM in French and English is required.
