Handle day-to-day business requests, configuration updates, and front-to-back workflow validations.

Proactively monitor system health and platform performance using established monitoring tooling to prevent business disruptions.

Collaborate with global development and infrastructure teams to identify recurring issues and implement permanent platform enhancements.

Coordinate handovers and maintain follow-the-sun alignment with international support peers in Europe and Asia.

for daily collaboration with US and global trading desks; French is a valuable asset (nice to have).
