In this senior role, you will collaborate with BPA’s Sustainability Engineering group to improve the performance of building enclosures. You will lead investigations into structural performance issues, execute testing programs, and mentor emerging professionals. This hands-on position offers significant impact through solving real-world challenges in existing and recent projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead investigations on cladding, roofing,



and glazing performance • Plan and execute building enclosure testing programs • Conduct thermal analysis to inform design decisions • Review design submissions to ensure enclosure performance • Support projects from design through to commissioning

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Building Science Engineering • 12+ years of building enclosure engineering experience • 5+ years in leadership roles • P.Eng. in Ontario preferred • Certifications in Building Science or thermography are assets
