• Develop innovative program ideas and content • Manage and supervise production and creative contributors • Plan and coordinate production logistics • Research and write compelling stories as needed • Ensure digital reach and audience engagement

Requirements: • University degree or equivalent experience • Five years of relevant experience, three in broadcasting • Strong leadership and programming skills • Proficiency in French at advanced level • Knowledge of journalism standards and community issues
