Your mission will be to lead BCC’s commercial strategy and maximize its growth and profitability potential. You will play a strategic role in expanding our markets, empowering our sales team, and building lasting partnerships, while helping strengthen the international presence of our technology solutions. your responsibilities Define and execute commercial strategies tailored to our priority markets to drive BCC’s growth. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and our network of sales partners. Analyze markets, understand procurement processes, and collaborate with marketing to turn market intelligence into concrete business opportunities. Drive sales performance, monitor the progress of each market, and adjust strategies based on established objectives. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, integrators, and partners to strengthen our position in Canada and internationally. Explore new markets, assess their potential, and recommend the most promising growth opportunities for BCC. Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is considered an asset. Experience

3 to 5 years of experience as a Director of sales and business development, including experience managing sales teams. Experience developing commercial strategies, expanding into new international markets, and managing complex sales cycles. Experience in the technology sector, ideally selling complex solutions or working in telecommunications. Experience developing strategic partnerships and knowledge of the defence sector or government markets (assets). What we offer
