Leverage UKG Pro for end-to-end payroll management and enhance the employee experience. In this key role, you will ensure accurate payroll processing for over 600 Canadian and 30 US employees, primarily in Puerto Rico and Texas. Your responsibilities will also include using advanced reporting to translate payroll data into insights, collaborating with Finance, and maintaining compliance with payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee lifecycle events in UKG Pro
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately for multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for Finance
• Validate new employee onboarding into payroll systems
• Support year-end reconciliations and statutory filings

Requirements:
• 5+ years in full-cycle payroll administration
• Hands-on UKG Pro/WFM experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
