Coldbox is seeking an experienced French speaking Design Build Project Manager. Lead complex commercial construction projects with a focus on quality, budget management, and client satisfaction in Burlington, Ontario.
As a key member of Coldbox, you will oversee multiple construction projects in the ICI sector. Your responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage Design Build Team from sales to project delivery • Keep projects on budget through competitive tendering • Track and manage multiple project budgets • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively • Drive project schedules and lead Site Superintendents
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction • Degree in Building Science or Construction Management • PMP designation is a plus • Fluent in French • Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
