Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hardware design and specifications aligned with certification standards • Direct execution across multi-functional teams in hardware development • Oversee compliance and qualification testing for mission-critical components • Troubleshoot and solve complex hardware integration issues • Collaborate with manufacturing for cost-effective and sustainable designs
Requirements: • 5+ years in avionics hardware with mission-critical systems • Experience in leading cross-functional hardware teams • Proficiency in safety-critical hardware development • Hands-on experience with high-speed digital and analog design • Strong communication skills in English and French
