As a Civil Engineer, you will report to the Supervisor Drawing Control and handle responsibilities ranging from grading to foundation design. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and significant utility project experience. Your expertise will support the civil team through project completion, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil discipline practice on assigned project scopes • Support civil project teams in bulk earthworks and drainage • Conduct QA/QC reviews of design calculations and documents • Coordinate planning and survey staff for various services • Prepare cost estimates and project reports
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • P.Eng. designation or eligibility for Alberta P.Eng. • 7 to 15 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in Civil 3D and L-Pile software • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
