Tsubaki of Canada Limited seeks a skilled Senior Buyer to manage purchasing and inventory effectively. This key role requires strong negotiation skills and expertise in inventory analysis to produce detailed reports. As a full-time Senior Buyer, your responsibilities include data entry and generating purchase orders using QAD/MFG Pro. You will be tasked with updating MRP/Excess reports daily and expediting open purchase orders from suppliers. Close collaboration with the Sales team is essential to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate purchase orders and manage inventory data entry
• Update low inventory reports weekly for A & B items




• Expedite orders and communicate with suppliers for special pricing
• Collaborate with Sales on customer order fulfillment
• Maintain master purchase price list and supplier confirmations

Requirements:
• Experience in purchasing within an ERP environment
• Robust computer skills and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• International sourcing experience is a plus
