Thompson Rivers University is seeking an Associate Director, AI & Automation to lead the implementation of AI and process automation across the institution. You will set strategic direction, govern AI adoption, and scale responsible AI use by building the Power Team and institutional capability. You will advise the CIO on AI strategy, drive program-level goals, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and mentor a growing team. Occasional travel is required as part of the role.
