You will collaborate with internal partners to navigate legal risks and ensure compliance while aiding strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice on procurement and technology agreements • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts • Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes • Advise on contract performance issues and renewals • Support cross-functional projects with legal insights
Requirements: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) • Minimum four years of corporate legal experience • Member of the Law Society of Ontario • Expertise in drafting commercial agreements • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
