This leadership role reports to the Director of Strategic Business Partnering within Human Resources. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee HR business partnering for both Operations and Project Delivery portfolios. Your expertise in key areas such as strategic partnering and workforce planning will be critical to develop practical strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and Labour Relations experts • Build trusted relationships with senior operational leaders • Translate business needs into integrated people strategies • Advise on organizational changes and workforce planning • Ensure consistent implementation of HR programs across the portfolio
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field • Significant experience in a senior HR partnering role • Strong business acumen and organizational insights • Proven ability to influence and navigate complex issues • Experience in the energy industry is a plus
