Encore is seeking an accounting-focused Controller in Oakville, Ontario, to own the end-to-end accounting cycle and build a dependable foundation for growth. This hands-on role moves between transaction processing, month-end close, financial reporting and process improvement while maintaining accuracy and solid controls. Working with the Director of Finance, you’ll own core accounting operations and partner on FP&A;, decision support and scaling the business in a hybrid environment with two days
