TC Energy's Pipeline Integrity department seeks an experienced engineer to enhance its Risk & Technical Governance team. You will conduct quantitative risk assessments on an extensive pipeline network across North America. This role offers the chance to deepen your knowledge of risk management and actively contribute to pipeline safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete annual risk assessments on 90,000 km of pipelines • Lead risk assessment for 3rd party damage and geohazards • Validate risk estimates using statistical methods • Maintain threat algorithms in Python on a cloud platform • Improve the accuracy of risk estimates continuously
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering and eligibility for P.Eng. • Five years of relevant experience in risk assessment • Proficient programming skills in Python • Knowledge of pipeline integrity management • Solid communication skills in both oral and written formats
