We seek a driven Operations Supervisor for the weekend schedule, from Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will manage daily operations while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Your leadership and collaboration will be vital to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee shop floor production aligned with customer orders
• Optimize resources for production and organizational goals
• Monitor departmental budgets for compliance
• Enforce Quality standards, Training,



and ES&H; policies
• Foster Lean Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in a related operational role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to drive performance and achieve KPIs
