Role overview

ISI Consulting Group is seeking a business development and sales professional to help expand our client base across the United States and Canada. This person will identify opportunities, build senior relationships, support proposal development, and help position ISI’s consulting services with prospective clients.

Our work focuses on performance-based implementations and measurable business value across energy, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, government, healthcare, and related industries.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and qualify prospective client opportunities.
- Build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Support outreach, account development, lead generation, and partnership development.
- Help prepare proposals,



capability presentations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline and support follow-up activity.
- Work with ISI leadership to position services, consultants, and delivery capabilities.

Desired background

- Business development or sales experience in management consulting, professional services, staffing, technology, or transformation.
- Comfortable engaging senior executives and developing new relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with RFPs, proposals, and consultative selling is preferred.
- Existing industry relationships in one or more ISI focus sectors are a plus.
