Role Description The Senior Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at vert’s Toronto, ON location. This role oversees daily sales floor operations, leads and mentors the sales team, and ensures an exceptional in-store client experience. The Senior Sales Supervisor runs and manages day-to-day operations, offers exceptional customer service, understands clientelling and has the ability to build and develop strong client relationships, monitors performance of team to meet and exceed store goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, resolving client inquiries, maintaining merchandising standards,



running store floor on busy days, and supporting inventory management. The role collaborates closely with ownership to implement sales strategies, uphold the brand’s curated vision, and foster a welcoming, high-touch environment for every client. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and inform merchandising and staffing decisions.
• Proven Team Management and Training experience to lead, mentor, and develop sales associates in a retail workplace.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to build lasting client relationships and handle complex inquiries with professionalism.
• Experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a strong sense of contemporary style and product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with basic POS systems, inventory processes, and retail operational procedures.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
