To assist Vision Centre and Opticians in the operation of the VC. To serve customers and total store with inquiries and provide customer service.
What You'll Do
...
• Greet customers and answer phones.
• Help with the bookings of eye appointments.
• Help maintain standards of the VC (filing, cleaning, displays, organization).
• Help customers with their VC requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs).
• Aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors).
• Advanced POS transaction capability (interaction with advantages systems in addition to cash).
• Maintain layaway.
• Technical measuring of eyewear. The pay range for this position is $17.60
