We’re looking for someone who leads by example, develops talent, and doesn’t settle for good when excellence is possible. Your Role
• You will be responsible for the entire in-store experience, both in terms of results and team culture.
• Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
• Drive sales and meet goals, then set new ones
• Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Deliver a customer experience that keeps them coming back
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
• Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
• Maintain store presentation and safety standards This Is

• Base salary of $45,000 + unlimited bonus (top performers regularly earn $70,000 or more)
