About The Role
Help teams get the most out of Ettex — from onboarding to expansion — and build our success function. What you’ll do
• Own onboarding and success for key accounts
• Build playbooks, resources and processes
• Partner with sales and product on feedback
• Drive retention and expansion
• Hire and grow the success team over time What we’re looking for
• 4+ years in customer success or account management
• Experience with SaaS and technical products
• Excellent communication and empathy
• Data-driven and process-oriented
