Salary:
$50,000–$70,000 ? Experience Required: 2–3 years in trucking dispatch ✅ Reefer experience is a must. Phantom Logistics is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatch Supervisor with excellent English communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Key Resp onsibilities:
• Book l oads, negotiate rates, and build relationships with customers and brokers.
• Supervi se daily dispatch operations and support the dispatch team.
• Plan lo ads efficiently to maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles.
• Coordin ate with drivers, track shipments, and provide timely customer updates.
• Resolve pickup and delivery issues and maintain accurate shipment documentation. Requirem ents:
• 2–3 ye ars of relevant dispatch experience.




• Reefer experience is a must.
• Excelle nt spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowled ge of Canadian and U.
S. lanes, load boards, and driver hours of service.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and staff training.
• Hands-on experience with Dispatching, route planning, and coordinating drivers and loads.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of DOT Regulations and other relevant transportation compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Excel, email).
• Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or freight transportation in a dispatch or supervisory capacity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, or related field is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Bolton, ON with flexible availability to support operational needs.
